Design & Function:

The Melo RT 25 is a 25mm subohm tank that has a 4.5ml juice capacity. The Melo RT 25 has a wide bore delrin drip tip and also comes with a 510 drip tip adaptor so you can use your own tips if you wish. The tank breaks completely down for easy cleaning.

One of the features I love is the retractable top filling system the Melo RT 25 has. To fill the tank you just slide the drip tip back and it reveals the fill port. It's very easy to use and works very well.  The retractable top is so much better than the swing out top cop of the TFV8.

The Melo RT 25 comes with two coils. You get an 0.15ohm single coil (ERL) and an 0.15ohm quad coil (ERLQ).  There is also a RBA Head available, but not included with the tank.

0.15 ohm Single Coil: Rated for 50-150w. This is one big single coil with lots of airflow. I love this coil. I've used it for a week and it's still going strong throwing out amazing flavor and vapor production. Some may find it a little too airy with the airflow wide open but you can adjust it to your preferences. I ran this coil at 115w and it was still a pretty cool vape. The tank didn't heat up and the coil kept up chain vaping 80vg eliquid.

0.15 ohm Quad Coil: Rated for 60-200w.  This coil consists of four coils and is rated for a little more wattage than the single coil. I haven't got around to trying this one yet because the single coil is still going strong and I didn't want to waste it.

You also get an ER coil adapter that you can screw into the base of the tank and allows you to use the ER coil heads from the Melo RT 22. A pretty neat option to have if you already own the Melo RT 22.

One of the other things about this tank is that the TFV8 coils are compatible with the Melo RT 25.  I was very happy to discover this because I have a lot of TFV8 coils that I can use with this tank.

Final Thoughts:
Overall, I really like the Melo RT 25 tank. I absolutely love the retractable top, it makes it really easy to fill the tank and I had no problems with it at all.  The tank and coils are designed for high wattage vaping and the tank goes nicely with some of the larger, higher powered mods on the market now.  I have mine on the Ijoy Maxo and they go together well.

The flavor and vapor production is awesome as well. I do have to say that I prefer the Melo RT 25 over the TFV8 tanks.  I find the Melo much easier to work with and since the TFV8 coils are compatible, I'll be using them in the Melo until they run out.
